Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Connecting India Exim Solution, we follow a strict policy due to limited training capacity and service commitment.

No Refund & No Cancellation
Once any payment is made, it is strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances
This applies to consultancy services, documentation, and training programs
Training Seat Policy (Important)
Each training batch has limited seats (maximum 10 participants)
Once a seat is booked, it is blocked exclusively for the client
Therefore, no cancellation or refund is possible after booking, as the seat cannot be reassigned
Client Responsibility (Documents)
Clients must provide all required documents and information on time
No refund will be provided for delays caused due to missing or late submission of documents from the client side
Validity of Fees
All fees paid are valid for 6 months from the date of payment
Clients must complete documentation and provide required details within this period
After 6 months, the case may require fresh fees or reprocessing charges
Delays & External Factors
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Government authorities (DGFT, Customs, APEDA, etc.)
Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
Exceptional Cases
Refund will only be considered in case of duplicate payment, after proper verification
